Dr. Dog – Science Based Dog Behaviourist, Certified Professional Dog Trainer, TV Presenter, Radio Speaker and Writer. Born in Rome and raised in London, speaks fluent English, German, French and Italian.
Over 15 years of experience in puppy classes, adolescent dog training, clicker training, dog dancing, behaviour rehabilitation (extreme aggression and resource guarding) – Dr. Dog has extensive international experience with many years of preparation and study in various countries and with leaders in the fields of Ethology, Biology and Behaviour Therapy.
Dr. Dog teaches all over Europe, but mainly in London Frankfurt and Rome.
Dr. Dog has worked with hundreds of owners and dogs of different breeds, helping to raise friendly and strong character dogs and changing serious behaviour problems. Using modern methods of dog training, without pressure or aversives, he has rehabilitated countless so called „aggressive“ dogs.
Dr. Dog’s philosophy is based on respect for the individual and the correct interpretation of its character. His methods are based on the now widely accepted and modern concept of Operand Conditioning with Positive Reinforcement and are always tailored for each individual case.
With Dr. Dog, dogs learn to understand their owners and they learn how to communicate correctly in the language of dogs.
This leads to a real understanding, a peaceful and rewarding relationship between the two species.
Dr.Dog is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT) from The Ethology Institute Cambridge (UK)
Dr. Dog has also the Official Certification (Paragraph 11) from The Federal Veterinary Bureau of Germany
Dr.Dog speaks fluent English, German and Italian.
